Wagan Heated Seat Cushion is perfect for cold weather or winter driving. It is made from quality polyester that provides comfort and is easy to clean. This heated seat cushion features temperature control switch that can be set to either high, low or off so one can find the perfect setting every time. It produces soothing heat that helps to maintain metabolism and steady blood circulation and has a six feet power cord attached. This heated seat cushion works by simply plugging the 12 volt cigarette lighter adapter into the vehicle and the cushion warms up immediately. Didn’t realize this is rated for only 3amps. Want to use with a heated seat cushion that needs 6 amps by itself plus an XM radio so had to get an adapter rated for 10 amps.Maxell Universal DC Car Adapter (AUTO DC-2)

For $18 – I think I got my money’s worth. It is just basically a heating pad for your cat seat and that was really all I expected.
On really cold morning, it heats up fast and my bum is warm as toast driving to work. My husband is happy b/c I’m not always complaining to him that HE has heated seats in his car and I do not.
It does not attach to your seat well and requires repositioning everytime you get in the car, though. Overall, it works well and keeps me warm. It was what I expected for $18.

I live in Wisconsin and my car heater died.. well, not died, but it’s not warm and this is WISCONSIN.. (google Wisconsin Weather if you don’t get it) I got this Wagan 12V Heated Seat cushion from Amazon for $18.50, and received it within 4-5 days. Free shipping, but I had to buy other stuff, too. Kinda surprised it was that fast coz the last time I ordered from Amazon with free shipping, it took almost 2 weeks (lame!!!). And this time, my order was right before Christmas.. Nice work, Amazon.
I read the reviews before buying it, and some mentioned the louzy straps, so I didn’t even put it on. I usually put it on hi for 2-3min, then change it to lo. I gave only 3 stars even though it works well coz it only warms up my butt and lower back. If it can warm up my whole car, I’ll give it 10 stars.. and send more money to amazon.. haha.. no, j/k.. If you know a good, plug-in, car heater with a decent price, please comment on this review.
Anyway, not great, but the cheapest way for me to get a warm butt in my car…
